Information, not an offer

Homes, photos, rates and availability on this site come from our listing and calendar systems and change often. Nothing here is an offer, a reservation or a lease. A stay is confirmed only by a written agreement signed by you and by us, after any application and screening are approved.

Requests and applications

Sending a request does not hold a home. Applications are completed in cgRENTS and are subject to screening, approval and the terms stated in the application and lease. Application fees, deposits and rent are disclosed to you in writing before you pay.

Accuracy

We work to keep listings accurate, but errors and delays happen. We may correct information, change or withdraw a listing, or decline a request at any time. Banner and background images on this site are AI-generated or AI-enhanced illustrations of Las Vegas, while the photos on each home page are the photos of that property.

Fair housing

We follow federal, state and local fair housing laws and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin or any other protected characteristic.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no automated scraping, spam, false submissions, attempts to break or overload it, or use of our content without permission. We may block access that we believe violates these terms.

This site links to tools and sites we do not control, including cgRENTS and our listing partners. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.

Disclaimer and limits

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Cunningham Group, Luxanto and their agents are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
