Furnished.Vegas is a service of Cunningham Group at RE/MAX Advantage and Luxanto Vacation Rentals. This page explains what we collect when you use this site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you send a request we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, the home you asked about, your move-in date and length of stay, the number of people and pets, and any message. Owners who ask about our management service also give us a property address and details about the property. Our servers and website tools may also record basic technical data such as your device type, pages viewed and approximate location.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your request, send availability and rates, help you apply for a home, manage a rental or lease, keep our records, prevent spam and fraud, and improve this site. If you give us your phone number or email, we may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Who we share it with
We share your information within Cunningham Group and Luxanto so the right person can help you. If you apply for a home, your application is handled in cgRENTS, our rental application system. We also use service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as website hosting, listing and calendar tools, messaging and email tools. They may only use your information to provide their service to us. We never sell your personal information. We may disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our customers or our properties.
Applications and sensitive information
Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details or similar sensitive information in the request forms on this site. Applications are completed in cgRENTS, where screening and identity information is collected for that purpose.
Cookies and analytics
This site and the tools it uses may set cookies or similar technology to remember settings, measure traffic and show how people find us. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and rental records for as long as we need them to serve you, meet legal and accounting requirements and resolve disputes, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by calling 702.895.7777 or using our contact page. Nevada residents may also have rights under Nevada privacy law, and we honor those requests.
Children
This site is meant for adults looking for housing. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
