nice clean and cozy with very responsive host that took care of everything i needed. home was equipped with everything you need and nice location in a quiet safe area and close to everything in case you are looking to stay away from the strip.

Ottima villa a pochi minuti dalla strip di Las Vegas ☺️con piscina top e yacuzzi riscaldata,la casa si trova in un quartiere molto tranquillo e vicino puoi trovare ottimi ristoranti !! l’host è stato molto soddisfacente su qualsiasi richiesta fatta durante il soggiorno per circa 2 mesi e molto gentile anche nel posticiparci il ceck-out! Tornerò sicuramente in questa villa 🔝🏡

Its away from the city, however everything, we needed and wanted was nearby. The house is GREAT for family with children. We had adults coming and going, because of our visit. They all said when they come back this is the place to bring the family. It's large and roomy, its clean, enjoyed the washer and dryer too. Shawn was FANTASTIC to work with; any question, any concern, he was quick to address them. A SUPER THANK YOU

We had a great month-long stay here with our dogs! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was especially well set up with plenty of utensils, pots, and pans—perfect for cooking at home. The beds were really comfortable, and overall the space felt very homey and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet still super convenient, close to everything we needed. The pool was on the cooler side, but honestly very refreshing in the heat and a nice bonus to have right in the backyard. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, pet-friendly getaway!

We really enjoyed the location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Very quiet neighborhood. The Luxanto property management team were super responsive and helpful as needed. Really enjoyed working with Felix and Fatima and their team.

Property was beautiful and close to everything. Very spacious and well maintained. They have so much to entertain yourself at the house, you don't even have to leave! Mahin was extremely helpful and very responsive, no matter what time we had a question. We would definitely book again!

The place certainly met our expectations, easy to find and easy access. Jacuzzi and pool are nice feature’s of the house. Kitchen had everything we needed. Convenient location (15 minutes to the strip 15 min to airport) we didn’t even rent a car, used Uber and Lyft.
